RIDE, RUN OR WALK

The Course...

100-Mile Ride
Beginning at the JFK Presidential library in Boston, riders wind their way south along quiet country roads lead by cycling legend, George Hincapie. You’ll ride through quaint New England towns to Duxbury Bay, pass through Myles Standish Forest, and then trace the Cape down to Sandwich on your way to Hyannis Port. The terrain is rolling to flat, without any long climbs.

50-Mile Ride
Starting in the town of Carver, riders follow the last 50 miles of the 100-mile route. You’ll pass through Myles Standish Forest before following the Cape down to Sandwich on the way to Hyannis Port. The terrain is rolling to flat, without any long climbs.
20-Mile Ride
Departing from Sandwich, Cape Cod’s oldest town, riders follow the last 20 miles of the 100 and 50-mile routes through the heart of the Cape to Hyannis Port. The terrain is rolling to flat, without any long climbs. There are no rest stops along the way, but there are official support cyclists and vehicles on the road.
5K Run/Walk
Beginning at the Craigville Beach Finish Line in Hyannis Port, runners and walkers follow a mostly flat route through historic Hyannis Port, around Lake Elizabeth, and back to the beach.
